Article 247. Court's move to a separate room (consultation room) for making a decision

Civil procedure code of the Republic of Uzbekistan · Date: 22.01.2018 · In force

Having heard the court debate, the court shall leave to a separate room (consultation room) to take a decision, whereby the presiding judge shall announce thereof to those present in the courtroom.
