If the court, having heard the court debate, finds it necessary to clarify new circumstances relevant to the case or to examine new evidence, it shall render a ruling on the reopening of the case trial on the merits. Following the completion of the case trial on the merits, the judicial pleadings shall be held under a standard procedure.
