Article 242. Opinions of the relevant State administration bodies

The opinions of the State administration bodies, involved by the court in the court proceedings or entered into the proceedings on their own initiative shall be disclosed at the court session, after which the court, persons participating in the case may ask questions to the authorized representatives of these bodies to clarify and supplement the opinions.
