Article 241. Interviewing a specialist

Interviews with a specialist shall be conducted in a court session in order to clarify and supplement the consultation (clarification) given by him/her.

The first person to ask questions shall be the person on whose application the specialist was summoned and his/her representative, who should be followed by other persons participating in the case.

The plaintiff shall be the first to ask questions to the specialist summoned by the court's initiative.

The judge (judges) shall have the right to ask questions to the specialist at any moment of his/her interview.
