Article 8. Use of the Name of the Center

On the International Digital Technologies Center (LRU-1169-son) · Date: 19.08.2026 · In force

The name “International Digital Technologies Center” is an official name protected by the State.

The subjects of the Center shall be entitled to use this name in the manner established by this Constitutional Law and the resolutions of the Center.

The use of this name in a manner that is inaccurate, misleading, or that creates a false impression of an affiliation with the Center, is prohibited.
