Article 67. Public Services Rendered by State Bodies

For the purpose of ensuring the convenience and expeditiousness of the provision of public services within the territory of the Center, a branch of the public-services centers may be opened, and the Center may, in coordination with the Ministry of Justice and the Ministry of Digital Technologies of the Republic of Uzbekistan, create its own office and digital platform for the provision of public services.

The procedure for the provision of public services within the territory of the Center shall be determined in coordination with the authorised state body in the relevant field and with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

In this connection, with respect to relations connected with the provision of public services by state bodies, the special legal regime shall apply subject to the exceptions established by Article 2 of this Constitutional Law.

Public services shall be rendered in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, unless a different procedure is provided for by this Law and the resolutions of the Center.
