The simplified customs clearance procedures provide for:
the submission of declarations in electronic form by means of the digital platform of the Center;
the consideration of declarations by the customs authorities within a period of not more than two working days.
The resolutions of the Center may establish even more simplified customs clearance procedures for goods imported or exported within the framework of the “Regulatory Sandbox”.
