Article 27. Institutional Investor

An investment fund, a venture fund, a financial institution, as well as any other investor carrying out investment activity, shall be recognised as an institutional investor in the manner established by the resolutions of the Center.

With respect to institutional investors, the special legal regime of the Center, including the incentives, preferences and other support measures provided for by this Constitutional Law and the resolutions of the Center, shall apply in full.

The procedure for the granting, suspension and termination of the status of institutional investor, the requirements and criteria applicable to such investors, as well as the procedure, conditions and mechanisms for the application to them of the incentives, preferences and support measures provided for by this Constitutional Law, shall be determined by the resolutions of the Center.
