Article 20. Powers of the Administration of the Center

The Administration of the Center shall have the following powers:

the adoption of the resolutions of the Center in accordance with this Constitutional Law, including the approval of regulations, rules, procedural rules and other documents;

the exercise of control over the implementation of the resolutions of the Center, as well as over compliance with the rules and standards of the Center;

the analysis and verification of the conformity of participants of the Center with the established requirements;

the monitoring and assessment of the testing processes conducted within the framework of the “Regulatory Sandbox”;

the suspension or termination of testing conducted within the framework of the “Regulatory Sandbox”;

the consideration of offences in the cases provided for by this Constitutional Law, the giving of a legal assessment thereof, and the application of economic or civil-law measures, or regulatory or administrative measures of influence.

The Administration of the Center may also hold other powers in accordance with this Constitutional Law and the resolutions of the Governing Council.
