Article 12. Types of Resolutions of the Center

The resolutions of the Center comprise the following resolutions, adopted within the limits of the powers established by this Constitutional Law:

resolutions of the Governing Council;

resolutions adopted by the Administration of the Center, in the manner established by the Governing Council, in the form of regulations, rules and other documents.

Resolutions of the Governing Council shall have higher legal force than resolutions of the Administration of the Center.
