Article 55. Amendments to certain legislative acts of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and recognition of certain legislative acts as no longer in force

In the Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan on Administrative Liability, approved by the Law of September 22, 1994, No. 2015-XII (with subsequent amendments and supplements as cited), Article 147 shall be amended as follows:

in the title, after the words “violation of the Rules” add the words “failure to comply with the requirements for the organization of road traffic”;

in part two, after the words “failure to take measures” add the words “as well as failure to comply with the requirements for the organization of road traffic”.

The following shall be recognized as no longer in force:

Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan of August 19, 1999, No. 818-I “On road traffic safety”;

Resolution of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan of August 19, 1999, No. 819-I “On putting into effect the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On road traffic safety””;

Article 5 of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan of April 6, 2006, No. LRU-31 “On amendments and additions to certain legislative acts of the Republic of Uzbekistan in connection with the simplification of procedures for certification of products and services”;

Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan of April 5, 2007, No. LRU-82 “On amendments to the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On road traffic safety””;

Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan of April 10, 2013, No. LRU-348 “On amendments and additions to the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On road traffic safety””;

Article 18 of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan of December 29, 2015, No. LRU-396 “On amendments and additions to certain legislative acts of the Republic of Uzbekistan”;

Article 108 of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan of April 21, 2021, No. LRU-683 “On amendments to certain legislative acts of the Republic of Uzbekistan”;

Article 15 of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan of October 12, 2021, No. LRU-721 “On amendments and additions to certain legislative acts of the Republic of Uzbekistan in connection with the adoption of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On licensing, lermitting and notification procedures””.
