Article 12. Tasks of the Compensation Commissions

On procedures for the withdrawal of land plots for public needs with compensation (LRU-781-son) · Date: 29.06.2022 · In force

Compensation commissions shall:

ensure regular monitoring of the timely provision of compensation in full and accounting of the compensations provided;

in case of detection of cases of untimely and incomplete provision of compensation, submit information, respectively, to the Jokargy Kenes of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, the local Kengash;

provide assistance in resolving pre-trial disputes related to the provision of compensation;

adopt advisory decisions on disputes related to the provision of compensation.
