On establishment of the Day of the teachers and mentors (367-I-son)

LAW OF THE REPUBLIC OF UZBEKISTAN

The Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan decides:

1. To establish October 1 — the Day of the teachers and mentors and to consider October 1 a holiday (non-working) day.

3. To recognize as invalid the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated December 29, 1993 “On the establishment of the Day of public education workers” (Bulletin of the Supreme Council of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 1994, No. 1, Article 26).
