Article 246. Recognition as Invalid of Some Legislative Acts of The Republic of Uzbekistan or Some Parts Thereof

To recognize as invalid:

1) Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated May 5, 1994 No. 1054-XII “On Bankruptcy” (Bulletin of the Supreme Council of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 1994, No. 5, Art. 130);

2) Decree of the Supreme Council of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated May 5, 1994 No. 1055-XII “On the Procedure for Enacting the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Bankruptcy” (Bulletin of the Supreme Council of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 1994, No. 5, Art. 131);

3) section VI of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated August 30, 1996 No. 281-I “On amendments and additions to certain legislative acts of the Republic of Uzbekistan” (Bulletin of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 1996, No. 9, art. 144);
