in the second place — claims for taxes and fees, claims of creditors secured by a pledge, in terms of uncovered debt due to the insufficiency of the amount received from the sale of the pledged property (subject of pledge), and claims of creditors not secured by pledge;
in the third place, settlements with other creditors shall be made.
The claims of each queue shall be satisfied after the claims of the previous queue are fully satisfied.
