Article 227. Regulation of Insolvency of Individual Entrepreneur

On insolvency (LRU-763-son) · Date: 12.04.2022 · In force

The rules of Chapters 1 , 2 , 4 and 5 of this Law shall apply to relations related to the insolvency of an individual entrepreneur, unless otherwise provided by this Chapter.

The provisions of this chapter shall also apply to the insolvency relations of natural persons who have lost the status of an individual entrepreneur in connection with obligations arising from previous entrepreneurial activities.
