Article 196. Grounds for Initiating Case on Insolvency of Natural Person

On insolvency (LRU-763-son) · Date: 12.04.2022 · In force

A debtor, who is a natural person, a creditor, as well as a state tax service authority and other authorized bodies may apply to the court to declare a natural person insolvent.

A case on the insolvency of a natural person may be initiated by a court if there are signs provided for in Article 195 of this Law.

When considering a case on the insolvency of a natural person, the procedures provided for by the second part of Article 30 of this Law shall be applied.
