On insolvency (LRU-763-son) · Date: 12.04.2022 · In force
Until the claims of creditors are satisfied, court expenses in an insolvency case, as well as claims of citizens to whom the debtor is liable for causing harm to the life or health of citizens, shall be reimbursed.
Creditors' claims shall be satisfied in the following order:
in the first place — claims for the recovery of alimony, for the payment of remuneration under copyright agreements, as well as for payment (executive) documents providing for the issuance of funds for the payment of wages;
in the second place — claims for compensation for losses caused to shareholders;
in the third place — the claims of other creditors of the developer.
Claims of creditors relating to the same queue shall be satisfied in the order of the calendar priority of the stated claims.
The requirements of each successive queue shall be satisfied after the requirements of the previous queue are fully satisfied.
