Article 177. Special Considerations with Respect to Insolvency of Agricultural Enterprises

Prior to the initiation of a case on the insolvency of agricultural enterprises, pre-judicial rehabilitation may be applied to them in the manner prescribed by legislation.

When a case concerning the insolvency of an agricultural enterprise is being considered, local executive authorities may also participate in the proceedings as persons involved in the case.
