Article 160. Completion of Procedure for Liquidation Proceedings

After considering the report on the results of the liquidation proceedings submitted by the liquidation manager, the court shall issue a ruling on the completion of the liquidation proceedings and oblige the liquidation manager to submit this ruling within ten days to the state body which registers legal entities.

The ruling of the court shall be the basis for making an entry in the unified state register of legal entities on the liquidation of the debtor. The corresponding entry must be made in the Unified State Register no later than three working days from the date of submission of the said court ruling.

The powers of the liquidation manager shall be terminated, the liquidation proceedings shall be considered completed, and the debtor shall be deemed liquidated from the moment an entry on the liquidation of the debtor is made in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities.
