Article 152. Sale of Debtor's Rights for Claim In the Process of Liquidation Proceedings

The liquidation manager shall have the right to put up for bidding in the form of an electronic online auction the debtor's rights for claims, unless a different procedure for selling the debtor's rights for claims is established by the meeting of creditors or the committee of creditors.

The sale of the debtor's rights for claim in bidding in the form of an electronic online auction shall be carried out in compliance with the norms provided for in Article 128 of this Law.
