Assignment of the debtor's rights of claim may be carried out by an external manager by selling the right of claim in bidding in the form of an electronic online auction with the consent of the meeting of creditors or the committee of creditors, unless otherwise provided by the external management plan.
If the external management plan provides for the possibility of selling the debtor's rights of claim to a specific buyer without bidding in the form of an electronic online auction or the rights of claim were not sold at bidding in the form of an electronic online auction, the meeting of creditors or the committee of creditors shall determine the sale price of the rights of claim and other conditions of such sale.
