Article 7. Decree of President of the Republic of Uzbekistan on Imposition of State of Emergency

The decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan on the imposition of a state of emergency shall determine:

circumstances that served as the basis for the imposition of a state of emergency;

justification of the need to impose a state of emergency;

borders of the territory where the state of emergency is imposed;

forces and means ensuring the state of emergency;

list of emergency measures and the limits of their application, an exhaustive list of temporary restrictions;

state bodies, their officials responsible for the implementation of emergency measures applied in a state of emergency;

special public administration bodies which are created for the period of the state of emergency, and their powers;

date and time of entry into force of the decree, as well as the duration of the state of emergency.
