Article 35. Determination of the value of a land plot being private property of legal entities and individuals upon which foreclosure is initiated

On the privatization of non-agricultural land plots (LRU-728-son) · Date: 15.11.2021 · In force

When foreclosure is initiated against a land plot being private property of legal entities and individuals for the obligations of the owner, the value of such land plot shall be determined in accordance with the law.

The value of a withdrawn land plot being private property of legal entities and individuals, as determined by an appraisal organization, may be disputed in court.
