The subjects of privatization are citizens and legal entities of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
Foreign citizens, stateless persons, foreign legal entities, enterprises with foreign investment, as well as state bodies, institutions, enterprises, and self-governing bodies of citizens shall not be subjects of privatization.
