In accordance with the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Supreme Court of the Republic of Uzbekistan shall have the right of legislative initiative exercised by submitting a draft law to the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan on issues included in the scope of its powers.
