The judicial authority in the Republic of Uzbekistan shall operate independently of the legislative and executive authorities, political parties, and other civil society institutions.
Justice in the Republic of Uzbekistan shall be administered only by the court. No other bodies and persons shall have the right to appropriate the powers of the judicial authority.
