Article 41. Entry into Force of this Law

On legal status of foreign citizens and stateless persons in the Republic of Uzbekistan (LRU-692-son) · Date: 04.06.2021 · In force

This Law shall become effective on the date of its official publication.

A residence permit issued to foreign citizens and stateless persons permanently residing in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan prior to the entry into force of this Law shall be considered valid until its cancellation or replacement with an identification card in accordance with the procedure provided for by the legislation.
