Foreign citizens and stateless persons permanently residing in the territory of other states shall have the right to receive education in the Republic of Uzbekistan in accordance with the international treaties and the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
Stateless persons permanently residing in the Republic of Uzbekistan shall have equal rights with citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan to receive education.
