Article 707. Conclusion of a Contract Based on the Results of Two-Stage Public Procurements

A contract shall be concluded based on the results of the two-stage public procurements.

Information on contracts concluded based on the results of the two-stage public procurements shall be posted by the state customer on the special information portal no later than five working days from the date of their conclusion.
