If one participant has participated in the auction or if no one has participated, the auction shall be considered not to have taken place and the winner shall not be determined. The state customer may extend the auction for three working days or carry out the procurement through the electronic shop (within the criteria established in Article 49 of this Law) or the simplified procedure for small-value procurement (within the criteria established in Article 511 of this Law) or the selection of the best proposals in accordance with the requirements of this Law.
The extension of the auction shall be carried out by the state customer within three working days from the end of the previous auction.
