Article 512. Conclusion of a contract based on the results of carrying out the simplified procedure for small-value procurement

The state customer shall post the grounds for carrying out the simplified procedure for small-value procurement, as well as the information on the concluded contracts and additional agreements thereto, on the special information portal no later than five working days from the date of their conclusion.

A contract based on the results of carrying out the simplified procedure for small-value procurement shall be concluded by the state customer based on the terms indicated in the proposal of the selected participant and at the lowest price offered by the participants.
