Article 382. Framework agreement

The state customer may conclude a framework agreement with several winners determined based on the results of the selection of the best proposals or a tender for a period of one to three years.

The state customer shall indicate the terms for concluding the framework agreement in the procurement documents, as well as the total volume of goods (works, services) based on the state customer's expected needs during the validity period of the framework agreement. In this case, the state customer shall not be obliged to conclude a contract for the full amount indicated in the framework agreement.

The procedure for concluding a framework agreement shall be determined by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
