Article 30. Types of Implementation of Procurement Procedures

On public procurement (ZRU-684-son) · Date: 22.04.2021 · In force

The types of procurement procedures shall consist of the following:

electronic shop;

simplified procedure for small-value procurement;

auction for lowering the starting price;

selection of the best proposals;

tender;

two-stage public procurements;

public procurements carried out under direct contracts;

other competitive types of procurement authorized by the decrees and resolutions of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and the resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Procurement procedures may be carried out electronically.
