Article 48. Bodies Organizing and Ensuring Enforcement of Normative Legal Acts

The Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan shall organize and shall ensure the enforcement of the Constitution and laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, resolutions of the chambers of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, decrees and resolutions of the President of the Republic Uzbekistan, resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan throughout the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Ministries, state committees and departments, their officials shall organize and shall ensure the implementation of normative legal acts on issues related to their powers.

Local government bodies shall organize and shall enforce normative legal acts in the respective territory.
