Private enterprise must have a full and the right to have an abbreviated company name. The full company name of the private enterprise must contain its full name and the words “private enterprise”. The abbreviated company name of the private enterprise must contain its abbreviated name and the words “private enterprise” or the abbreviation “PE”.
