Article 10. Charter of a private enterprise

The constituent document of a private enterprise is its charter.

The charter of a private enterprise must contain:

company name;

information about its location and mailing address;

a list of the main types of activities;

surname, name, patronymic and place of residence of the owner;

amount of authorized capital.

The charter of a private enterprise may be contained other provisions not contrary to law.
