Article 302. Participation in socio-political life The right of persons with disabilities to participate directly or through their representatives in the socio-political life of the country shall be secured, including the right to elect and be elected, and to participate in referendums in the manner established by law. The state shall ensure the creation of necessary conditions for voting at polling stations (referendum stations) for all categories of persons with disabilities, including those with hearing and visual disabilities, and persons using wheelchairs
