An exhaustive list of individuals and legal entities exempt from paying state duty shall be provided for by this Law.
The exemption from the payment of state duties, provided for by other acts of legislation adopted before January 1, 2020, and not provided for by this Law, shall remain in force until the expiration of their validity period.
