Article 30. Bringing legislation into conformity with this Law

On state duty (LRU-600-son) · Date: 06.01.2020 · In force

To the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan:

based on the results of studying the issue of the distribution of the state duty to the extrabudgetary funds of budget-financed organizations, by June 1, 2020, to submit to the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan proposals for further improvement of the distribution of the state duty;

bring government decisions in line with this Law;

ensure the revision and cancellation by the state administration bodies of their normative legal acts that contradict this Law.
