Article 28. Amendments to some legislative acts of the Republic of Uzbekistan

1. Part one of the article 15 of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated November 19, 1991 No. 425-XII "On denationalization and privatization" (Bulletin of the Supreme Council of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 1992, No. 1, art. 43; 1993, No. 5, Art. 236; 1994, No. 11-12, Art. 285; Vedomosti of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 1995, No. 9, Art. 193; 1998, No. 3, Art. 38; 1999, No. 1, Article 20; 2003, No. 1, Article 8; Bulletin of the Chambers of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2006, No. 4, Article 153; 2010, No. 9, Article 337; 2011 , No. 4, Art. 97; 2012, No. 12, Art. 336; 2014, No. 1, Art. 2; 2016, No. 12, Art. 383; 2017, No. 6, Art. 300; 2018, No. 1, Article 1, No. 4, Article 224; 2019, No. 2, Article 47, No. 8, Article 470) shall be stated in the following edition:
“When transferring property to a new owner, the manager of public property objects shall issue an order to him in the form established by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan, to certify ownership. The size of the state impact duty and the procedure for its payment are established by law."
2. Part eight of the article 9 of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated May 6, 1994 No. 1060-XII "On the legal protection of programs for electronic computers and databases" (Bulletin of the Supreme Council of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 1994, No. 5, article 136; Vedomosti Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2002, No. 4-5, Art. 74, No. 9, Art. 165; Bulletin of the Chambers of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan , 2011, No. 12/2, Art. 364) shall be stated in the following edition:
“To perform legally significant actions related to the registration of electronic computing machine programs or databases and the registration of agreements on the transfer of property rights to use computer programs and databases, a state duty shall be charged. The size of the state fee for registration and the terms of its payment, the grounds for exemption from payment, reduction of the size of the state fee or its return, as well as the procedure for using the amount of the state fee for registration are established by law."
3. To introduce into Article 34 of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated May 6, 1994 No. 1062-XII "On inventions, utility models and industrial designs" (as amended by the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated August 29 , 2002 No. 397-II) (Bulletin of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic Uzbekistan, 2002, No. 9, Art. 158; Bulletin of the Chambers of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2008, No. 7, Art. 355; 2011, No. 12/2 Art. 364; 2017, No. 6, Art. 300, No. 9, Art. 510) the following changes:
1) the second sentence of the first part shall be deleted;
2) in the second part the words “by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan” shall be replaced by the word “law”.
4. Part five of the article 20 of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated April 25, 1996 No. 216-I "On banks and banking activities" (as amended by the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated November 5, 2019 No. ЗРУ-580) shall be edited as follows:
"For the issuance of a license, a state fee is levied in the amount established by law."
5. Introduce into the Article 29 of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated August 30, 1996 No. 270-I "On breeding achievements" (as amended by the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated August 29, 2002 No. 395-II) (Bulletin of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2002. , No. 9, Article 156; Bulletin of the Chambers of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2011, No. 12/2, Article 364; 2017, No. 9, Article 510; 2018, No. 7, Article 431; 2019, No. 1 , Art. 1, No. 11, Art. 791) the following changes:
1) the second sentence of the first part shall be deleted;
2) in the second part the words "Cabinet of Ministers" shall be replaced by the word "law."
6. In the paragraph six of the second part of Article 8 of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated December 26, 1996 No. 337-I "On political parties" (Vedomosti of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 1997, No. 2, Article 36; 1999, No. 9 , p. 229; 2004, No. 1-2, p. 18, No. 5, p. 90; 2005, No. 1, p. 18; Bulletin of the Chambers of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2007, No. 4, Art. 163; 2008 , No. 12, Articles 637, 640; 2014, No. 1, Art. 2; 2018, No. 4, Art. 224; 2019, No. 2, Art. 47, No. 10, Article 674) the word "legislation" shall be replaced by the word "law".
7. Part two of the article 202 of the Family Code, approved by the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan from April 30, 1998 № 607-I (Bulletin of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 1998, supplement to № 5-6; 2003, number 1, article 8; 2004, No. 1-2, article 18; Vedomosti palat of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2007, No. 4, article 157; 2008, No. 4, article 189; 2009 , No. 9, Article 328; 2010, No. 9, Articles 334, 335; 2011, No. 9, Article 252, No. 12/2, Article 363; 2013, No. 4, Article 98; 2014, No. 1, Article 2; 2016, No. 9, Article 276; 2017, No. 9, Article 510, No. 10, Article 605; 2018, No. 1 , Art . 1, 4, No. 4, Art. 224, No. 8, Art. 469), shall be edited as follows:
"When issuing a stamped certificate, the civil registry authorities shall collect a state duty in the manner and amount established by law, and a stamp fess in the manner and amount established by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan."
9. To introduce into the Article 17 of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated May 12, 2001 No. 218-II "On the legal protection of topologies of integrated microcircuits" (Vedomosti of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan , 2001, No. 5, Art. 87; 2002, No. 9, Article 165; Bulletin of the Chambers of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2011, No. 12/2, Article 364) the following changes:
1) The second sentence of the part one shall be deleted;
2) in part two the words "by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan" shall be replaced by the word "law".
10. To add to the article 33 of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated August 30, 2001 No. 267-II "On trademarks, service marks and appellations of origin of goods" (Bulletin of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2001, No. 9-10, art. 178 ; 2002, No. 9, Article 165; Bulletin of the Chambers of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2007, No. 9, Article 418; 2011, No. 12/2, Article 364; 2012, No. 12, Art. 336; 2017, No. 4, Art. 138, No. 9, Art. 510) the following changes:
1) the second sentence of the first part shall be deleted;
2) in part two the words "by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan" shall be replaced by the word "law".
11. From the paragraph 6 of the first article 21 of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated December 3, 2004 No. 712-II "On the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Uzbekistan" (as amended by the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated July 9, 20 18, No. ZRU-483) (Bulletin of the chambers Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2018, No. 7, Art. 428; 2019, No. 11, Art. 791) the words "and also in their own interests" shall be deleted.
12. In part 5 of the article 8 of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated October 4, 2011 № LRU-301 "On exchange of credit information" (Bulletin of chambers of Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2011, № 10, Article 271;. 2013, number 4, Art. 98; 2015, No. 8, Art. 312; 2019, No. 3, Art. 166) of the words "The Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan" shall be replaced by the word "law".
13. In part three of the Article 40 of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated January 8, 2018 No. ЗРУ-457 "On Administrative Procedures" (Bulletin of the Chambers of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2018, No. 1, Art. 2), replace the word "legislation" with the word "Law".
14. In the article 128 of the Civil Procedure Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan, approved by the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated January 22, 2018 No. ZRU-460 (Bulletin of the Chambers of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2018, Appendix 1 to No. 1, No. 10, Art. 672; 2019 g., no. 3, art. 166, no. 5, art. 261, no. 9, art. 592, no. 10, art. 671, no. 11, art. 791), the word “legislation” shall be replaced by the word “law”.
15. In the article 113 of the Economic Procedure Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan, approved by the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated January 24, 2018 No. ЗРУ-461 (Bulletin of the Chambers of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2018, Appendix 2 to No. 1, No. 7, Art. 433, No. 10, art. 672; 2019, No. 3, art. 166, No. 5, art. 261, 266, No. 9, art. 592, No. 10, art. 671, No. 11, art. 791), the word "legislation" shall be replaced by the word "law".
16. In the article 111of the Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan on administrative proceedings, approved by the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated January 25, 2018 No. ЗРУ-462 (Bulletin of the Chambers of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2018, Appendix 3 to No. 1, No. 10, Art. 672; 2019, No. 5, Art. 261, No. 9, Art. 592, No. 11, Art. 791), replace the word "legislation" with the word "law".
