Article 24. Specifics of collecting state fees for issuing a license to carry out certain types of activities

Individuals who receive a license for the right to carry out concert and entertainment activities shall pay a state fee in differentiated amounts depending on the rating group assigned to them.

Legal entities receiving a license to carry out concert and entertainment activities shall pay the state fee for each performer in differentiated amounts depending on the rating group assigned to him.
