Article 11. Exemption from payment of state duty when performing notarial acts

The following shall be exempted from paying the state duty when performing notarial acts:

1) individuals, for attesting the fidelity of documents copies necessary for receiving state pensions and benefits, as well as in matters of guardianship and adoption (adoption of a girl);

2) individuals, for certification of their wills and contracts of donation of property for benefit of the state, as well as for benefit of legal entities;

3) bodies of the state tax service and financial authorities, for issuance of certificates (duplicate certificates) on the state's right to inheritance, as well as for all documents required to obtain these certificates (duplicate certificates);

4) public associations of individuals with disabilities, their institutions, educational and production enterprises and associations, for all notarial acts;

5) individuals, for the issuance of a certificate of the right to inheritance of:

the property of individuals who died in the defense of the Motherland, in connection with the fulfillment of other state or public duties or in connection with the fulfillment of a civic duty to save human life, protect state property and public order;

a residential house (apartment) or a share in a housing and construction cooperative, if they lived together, were registered at the place of permanent residence on the day of the testator's death and continue to live in this house (apartment) after the testator's death;

deposits in banks, for sums insured under contracts of personal and property insurance, government bonds, wages;

property rights of the author of a scientific work, literature and art, invention, selection achievement, utility model, industrial design, topology of integrated microcircuits, as well as to the property rights of the performer for performance;

amount of remuneration for creation and use of a scientific work, literature and art, invention, selection achievement, utility model, industrial design, topology of integrated microcircuits, as well as for creation and use of performances;

6) individuals, for certifying a power of attorney for receiving pensions and benefits;

7) mothers, for attesting the documents copies fidelity in cases of rewarding them with orders and medals for having many children;

8) boarding schools, for making executive orders to collect debt from parents for presence of their children in a boarding school;
