support for public-private partnerships in science and scientific activity;

the formation of an environment of aspiration for science and its attractiveness, the involvement of young people in scientific activity, the preparation of young talents;

protection of rights to intellectual property;

a reasonable increase in financing of the sphere of science and scientific activity;

ensuring close integration of science, education and production, increasing interest in it;
