Article 38. Financing the maintenance of unique scientific objects

The financing of the maintenance of unique scientific facilities shall be carried out at the expense of the State Budget funds of the Republic of Uzbekistan and other sources not prohibited by legislation. This financing shall include expenses related to current maintenance, including keeping buildings and equipment in working condition, providing supplies, and remunerating the labor of administrative and auxiliary personnel.
