Article 22. Close integration of science and production

Close integration of science and production is ensured by:

creating an enabling environment for the development of innovative products, services and their application;

improving the legal system of interest from the introduction of innovation;

establishing, under business entities, the activities of scientific organizations in relevant directions, consistent and effective cooperation with foreign partners engaged in scientific activities;

receiving orders from manufacturing industries and business entities for innovative goods and services;

development of innovation infrastructure (technology parks, technology distribution centers (technology transfer), innovation clusters, venture capital funds, business incubators and others);

establishing activities of private scientific organizations;

supporting innovative entrepreneurship;

application of tax benefits.
