The subjects of scientific activity are individuals and legal entities engaged in scientific activities.
The scientific activity of foreign citizens and stateless persons in the Republic of Uzbekistan shall be carried out in accordance with legislation.
The job positions of employees working in state scientific organizations, as well as in scientific and scientific-technical structures within state educational institutions, shall be determined in accordance with legislation.
