Article 10. Participation of citizens, non-governmental non-commercial organizations and other institutions of civil society in the field of science and research

In the field of science and scientific activity, citizens, non-governmental non-commercial organizations and other institutions of civil society may:

make suggestions on the formation of priority directions for the development of science and technology, state scientific programs;

to exercise public control over the execution of the legislation on science and scientific activity;

to make proposals for the improvement of the legislation on science and scientific activity;

cooperate with government bodies and other organizations in the field of science and scientific activity and provide them with assistance;

disseminate, popularize and promote information on the field of science and scientific activity.
