On guarantees with respect to equal rights and opportunities for women and men (LRU-562-son) · Date: 02.09.2019 · In force

Women and men shall have equal rights to elect and be elected to representative bodies of power.

Equal rights and opportunities shall been sured for women and men upon nomination of candidates from political parties for deputies of the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan and local Kengashes of People's Deputies.
