On administrative procedures (LRU-457-son) · Date: 08.01.2018 · In force
If the obligation to perform an action provided for by an administrative act is not performed by the addressee, but its execution is possible on the part of another person, the administrative body may involve another person to perform this action at the expense of the obligated person. The body that ensures the execution of an administrative act has the right, if possible, to perform this action itself at the expense of the obligated person, unless otherwise provided by law.
